Mandy Lea and Kendrick have an origin story akin to the best Marvel superheroes having individually roamed the wilds unknowingly seeking eachother. Until one day, finding the bond they’ve formed and becoming shared inhabitants of ‘Rocky’, their 2017 T@B Boondock loving nickname, after the Rockies, where their journey together began.
Making their way across America capturing moments, people and places otherwise unseen, lurking just beyond our imaginations and hopes of freedom and an understanding of the real pursuit of happiness. In her early 20’s, Jen Groven noticed something new upon visiting the Knoxville Museum of Art. Jen had never noticed the way light enhanced nature before, particularly landscapes. Never having visited the American West before, Jen’s belief of it being a dry, barren wasteland, absent of beauty changed when she began annual pilgrimages to the West, retracing the steps of greats like Albert Bierstadt, Thomas Moran, and Ansel Adams. She recalls being captivated as they all were by the beauty of the light as it dances across the landscape, finding new inspirations each day and night.
In 2017, Jenn began exploring aerial photography and video via unmanned UAV (drone) photography and obtained her FAA Part 107 license. She is developing her portfolio of aerial imagery as she starts to travel around more regularly as things are opening up once again!
Andrew and Rachel Chwalik | American Made
From Lewis & Clark traveling out west to being the first country to land on the moon, exploration is in our nature, according to American Made’s website. American Made is Andrew and Rachel, husband and wife’s video blog capturing their adventures and love for travel, which they’re taking to the next level in a new 2021 TAG Teardrop Trailer by nuCamp.
