What’s the deal with themed RV travel plans?
It’s not that themed RV travel planning is a new thing. No no, far from it! But, here’s the deal: many of us default to the overly general “I just want to go camping… somewhere….. anywhere” methodology. What this turns into is a lack of vision and direction when it comes to doing research and making reservations. No goals lead to no destinations, even in Google searches.
Themed RV travel plans can be perfect for…
A simple season of RVing can be all about one area of exploration, or growth and learning! This can be your season of… I dunno. Say, seeing the best lighthouses across the U.S. Or, maybe it’s a type of cuisine or drink you’re fond of, and you want to know how things are done differently in various necks of the woods. Perhaps you have a bucket list of places to kyak, hike, climb, or bike!
What about themed RV travel plans that are more long-term? That’s exactly what it’s like for people who intend to camp in every National Park across the U.S. Maybe it’s an extensive state park system like the Texas State Parks. Maybe it’s specific mountain peaks and ranges! Who knows!
When you and your family find their themes, the adventures are easier to plan, reserve, and chase. Your chances of “successful” outings together go way up for everybody.
So, evaluate your interests together, and come up with a few themed RV travel plans to inform your future trip planning. It’ll go a long way in adding value for you now and down the road!
