Today, We Meet the Rugged VORSHEER!

A new overland adventure trailer is coming to Princess Craft RV, and we wanted to know about the trailers and the people who make them. What better place to learn about the VORSHEER product and people than to have Mark Mauzy sit down with us to record an episode of the RV Small Talk Podcast? Take a listen and meet VORSHEER!

We know that many in the RV community don’t readily connect with the overland or adventure trailer segments, but we’d be steering you wrong if we told you that it’s a small or negligible piece of the market. Really, we’ve been seeing this format of camping grow like crazy over the past few years. Overlanding expos, clubs, and products are popping up all over, and we think it speaks to consumers who are really connecting to an outdoors… a waaaay outdoors kind of lifestyle.

VORSHEER trailers are made by people who live in the heart of rugged but accessible adventure locations. Utah, and many of the other western states, offer vast open areas for exploration, solitude, sky-gazing, and star watching. Typical RVs can get you many places, but often a trailer like a Vorsheer is what you need to reach and camp in the most remote of locations.

We’d like to thank Mark Mauzy for taking the time to talk with us. He introduced us to Steve McCloud’s company, VORSHEER, and their built-like-Thor’s-hammer trailers. We should be able to see them in person at Princess Craft in just a couple of months. Look for PJ to make a video of them once we have them on hand, here in Round Rock, Texas!

If you want to see what we’re talking about, here are some images of VORSHEER trailers out doing what they do best.
