When Nature Calls, You Must Answer

Lindsay and company share all the great tips and pointers for using a bathroom, even when there isn’t one. From creating pseudo stalls with two car doors, to throwing a rope around a tree for the ‘lean back.’ If you haven’t conquered any of these techniques, please tune in for many more tips and tricks. Don’t forget, beyond the make shift ideas, there are portable toilets available, too!

Fun with Pee Funnels and Pee Cloths

Whether it’s a Walmart or a back country trail, products like the Kula Cloth or the GoGirl make this stuff at least somewhat easier. The Kula Cloth is a pee cloth for anybody that squats when they pee. In a wilderness setting (or heck, even at a porta potty!), it’s very important to have good hygiene. Traditionally, packing extra toilet paper and/or employ the ‘shaking off’ method which leaves some room for improvement. A pee cloth is a way that we can stay comfortable AND have a positive impact on the environment at the same time. While the GoGirl is a true bathroom solution as it is a discreet, reusable, funnel-shaped female urination device. GoGirl provides a revolutionary bathroom solution for women to go anywhere!

When It’s Hot, Don’t Lose Your Cool

For women of a certain age, there are times when ‘hot flashes’ just start to appear. In order to keep your cool, make sure your fan has power and be cognizant of mood swings. They happen, and in order to get through them, you need to be aware and plan ahead! Enjoy to the best of your ability and keep in mind, this too shall pass!
